As a result of the new generation washing machines, dryers, organic chemical production and waterless washing techniques we use, our factory's electricity, chemical, and water consumption has decreased. With fully sustainable product designs, we work for our environment.

Chemical Management

We conduct studies to replace chemical substances that harm the environment and human health with environmentally friendly chemicals that are safe for human ecology in order to provide responsible management of chemicals.
We produce environmentally friendly organic chemicals in cooperation with “Realkom” and “Denim Chemical” that are an alternative to the conventional chemicals that we use currently. The organic chemicals we formulate have GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification, and we ensure the sustainability of safe chemical supply for the textile industry with this certificate.

WATER & WASTE WATER MANAGEMENT

On the face of the Earth, we have an ever-growing water shortage problem. That is a fact and we must act with haste. For that instead of standard stone washing; we use Realzyme Gold + synthetic stone combination application. But we also must be aware of waste water. We consider recycled water a reliable source of water, and we achieve all our Waste Water Recycling goals with environmental and social consciousness. With this perspective, we shape our supply chain in order to add value to people and the planet.

New Generation Washing and Drying Machines

Our efforts to reduce water, chemical, and energy use, as well as boost production efficiency using environmentally friendly raw materials, are all part of our larger sustainability goals. As a result, our factory's consumption of electricity, chemicals, and water consumption has decreased thanks to the new generation of washing machines we use.
